Cancellation of any order is permissible before the product enters the production stage. No cancellations will be allowed once the product is in production.
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email or phone call before we put your order into production
If the delivered product is not as per the order specification, “Milords Men’s Wear” shall arrange for reverse pick up of the product, get it altered, and re-delivered at no additional charge. However, if the product needs to be altered because a customer changes their mind or alterations to the customer’s body measurements during the order, the customer has to bear the charge of alteration and logistics.
We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following conditions. In the event of the selected address following outside the serviceable area offered by us. Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking. Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information at the time of delivery.
We use reputed courier partners that are completely insured and reliable.
All orders at Milords Men’s Wear are customized as per your choice of design, style, and fit. Since these products are unique to you, return or refund of the product is not permissible.
